The RealReal ships orders to the United States through UPS and globally via UPS Worldwide Expedited. The company ships to over 60 countries, however, they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you wish to make an online return, you must make your request within 14 days of shipment and items must be received within 21 days of shipment or in-store purchase date. Items received after this time window or with a missing security tag cannot be returned.
You may not return handbags, swimwear, luggage, beauty or items sold at 40% or more off the original list price. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
