Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them. If you ordered this product with other upholstered goods, your order will be scheduled for a single delivery with our white glove partners.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren’t in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.

What do The Varick’s legs look like? Are they removable for delivery?
The Varick includes 1” tall legs that are finished in a neutral chocolate brown and recessed underneath the frame. They are only offered in one finish as they are designed to be hidden. The Varick’s legs may be removed if needed for delivery with a standard Phillips head screwdriver or a square head screwdriver.
Does the Varick Sofa have center support legs at all sizes?
Center support legs are not necessary on smaller widths, so we have eliminated them for a more streamlined look. Center support legs are found on The Varick at sizes 90” and above.
